Bryson isn’t a small baby. In fact, he was 18.5 pounds just Thursday at the doctor (another ear infection). Because he’s so “sturdy,” I had no hesitation putting him in this stroller before the suggested age of 6 months. For the first time in a long time, my baby looked sooooo little! I love little reminders like this that he’s still just a little wee baby. 🙂

Hi, there, I’m Courtney. I never planned to stay home with my kids, but I got sucked into motherhood when my first baby came into our lives after years of infertility and multiple rounds of IVF. His brother followed closely behind, something we didn’t plan on after having such a rough road with achieving parenthood the first time around. My boys are IVF cycle twins, conceived on the same day but born two years and one day apart (they were both transferred on the same day in October, but with two years between them). My boys are the best of friends and my husband is a terrific husband, father, and most importantly… friend. He fully supported my desire to stay home (“I just wanted it to be your idea and not mine, I totally want you to stay home and raise our kids!”) and encourages me in everything I do.
I am a lover of projects, spreadsheets, fitness, healthy cooking and eating, crafts, selling my stuff on FB (HA!), and the outdoors. If I’m active, I’m pretty darn happy!

18.5 lbs!!! Go mama! And I can’t wait till Sabs can ride in her stroller like that!

It’s all from breast milk, which amazes me given I’m not the best producer. I guess I’m producing enough!

Oh my gosh, so sweet.. and yes, he actually does look like a little baby here!! Wild how he can weigh almost the exact same as Lids and I definitely don’t think she looks small in her stroller (she shouldn’t at almost 21 months! Ha!). Solid little ball of adorableness, he is! 🙂

Solid is exactly it!

Not teeny, but still small. 🙂
Stella was in my BOB at 6 weeks (for walks, not runs). The fresh air did us all good!

Yeah – I won’t run with him in it yet. I was surprised how much room there was around his head. Maybe next month.

He’s just too darn cute! He’s still so babyish…no matter his size…too too cute! Hope you enjoyed the fresh air!

Oh my gosh he’s so cute!! I don’t know who I want to get my hands on first, those precious chubby cheeks or Matthew the stud!

HA HA! I’m looking forward to snuggling that little girl of yours! I don’t have much experience with little girls these days! I’ve got to take what I can get of the pink!

he’s still a pudgy lil guy! Just a wee baby! I am happy that I’ll have a lil one again now that I have a 37 pound toddler

Al, you are going to just LOVE having that new baby. I cannot get enough of sweet, snuggly baby!
I am so excited for you! I’m always a little jealous of anyone having a new baby – even if mine is just a few months old. There’s nothing like those first few days together!

What a cutie! I just love how snuggly he looks in the stroller!

There is nothing but “snuggly” to that chunky boy! I literally stood over him tonight, just squeezing and laughing at his thighs. I now know what people mean when they say they could squeeze a chubby baby all day long!
