Matthew loves citrus fruits, especially extra sour ones. We can’t get beverages with limes or lemons anymore without fully expecting him to Bogart the garnish! He doesn’t just like to try them – he likes to devour them!

Hi, there, I’m Courtney. I never planned to stay home with my kids, but I got sucked into motherhood when my first baby came into our lives after years of infertility and multiple rounds of IVF. His brother followed closely behind, something we didn’t plan on after having such a rough road with achieving parenthood the first time around. My boys are IVF cycle twins, conceived on the same day but born two years and one day apart (they were both transferred on the same day in October, but with two years between them). My boys are the best of friends and my husband is a terrific husband, father, and most importantly… friend. He fully supported my desire to stay home (“I just wanted it to be your idea and not mine, I totally want you to stay home and raise our kids!”) and encourages me in everything I do. I am a lover of projects, spreadsheets, fitness, healthy cooking and eating, crafts, selling my stuff on FB (HA!), and the outdoors. If I’m active, I’m pretty darn happy!

haha this is adorable and exactly Lids when we go out!! She will eat those limes/lemons right down to nothing left on the peel! Ohh toddlers… so weird! 😉

YES – and they’d probably eat the peel if we’d let them!

Haha! Yep! Sofia loves her some lemons too!! We first let her try one when trying to appease her as we waited for food to arrive, and ever since then she LOVES the darn things!

I have to wonder what they like so much about them. I love limes and lemons too – but they need to be an ingredient and not the main item!

OMG! Hilarious slideshow. HGB does the same thing too…looks like he’s far from the only one!

I’m thinking this is more normal than abnormal! My niece would suck on red onions when she was just months old – and I think that was totally abnormal!

He sure looks like he is enjoying that! I always hated when we’d go out w/ friends and they would give Chloe a lemon thinking it was funny. I was just waiting for her to throw up.

It’s never nice to give something to a baby/toddler just for the reaction. I wouldn’t like that either!

LOL, what a goofball!

Yum! I’m the same way. I can just eat limes and lemons like oranges. I don’t do it very often, but I love that refreshing sourness. Limes and lemons were my biggest craving during pregnancy too.
Those pictures are really, really cute, by the way. He looks so proud of himself.
