Matthew loves to sit in bed with us to watch Curio.us Geo.rge – morning, day, and night. We usually cover his feet with the comforter, but on this day, he pulled the blanket all the way up to stay nice and toasty!
Hi, there, I’m Courtney. I never planned to stay home with my kids, but I got sucked into motherhood when my first baby came into our lives after years of infertility and multiple rounds of IVF. His brother followed closely behind, something we didn’t plan on after having such a rough road with achieving parenthood the first time around. My boys are IVF cycle twins, conceived on the same day but born two years and one day apart (they were both transferred on the same day in October, but with two years between them). My boys are the best of friends and my husband is a terrific husband, father, and most importantly… friend. He fully supported my desire to stay home (“I just wanted it to be your idea and not mine, I totally want you to stay home and raise our kids!”) and encourages me in everything I do. I am a lover of projects, spreadsheets, fitness, healthy cooking and eating, crafts, selling my stuff on FB (HA!), and the outdoors. If I’m active, I’m pretty darn happy!

What a cutie!! Looks so cozy! 🙂 I wish Alidia would come in bed and sit happily with us but she just wants to play play play!! Maybe when she is a bit older?

Awwwww! I’m like Fiona – I wish HGB would cuddle in bed with us like this, rather than body slamming us that is!

Raegan used to cuddle in bed with us, but now she just wants to bang on the headboard and giggle then climb all over us and the dogs…no cuddles to be had….but if we pull her into the bed in her room, she’ll cuddle right up…weird kid…

Don’t be fooled – this only lasts about 10-15 minutes before he wants out of bed or to climb all over the cats 😉

So sweet!!! We don’t have a tv in our room, but this almost makes me want one… I’d do it, if I didn’t know that my husband would keep me up all night watching reruns while I tried to sleep. LOL.

We have a deal that there is no TV in bed after one of us has had enough. HA!
