I’ve been pulling Matthew into bed with us for his morning milk every day. It gives me an extra 3 minutes to snuggle him before it’s time to play, play, PLAY! I always enjoy those 3 minutes 🙂

Hi, there, I’m Courtney. I never planned to stay home with my kids, but I got sucked into motherhood when my first baby came into our lives after years of infertility and multiple rounds of IVF. His brother followed closely behind, something we didn’t plan on after having such a rough road with achieving parenthood the first time around. My boys are IVF cycle twins, conceived on the same day but born two years and one day apart (they were both transferred on the same day in October, but with two years between them). My boys are the best of friends and my husband is a terrific husband, father, and most importantly… friend. He fully supported my desire to stay home (“I just wanted it to be your idea and not mine, I totally want you to stay home and raise our kids!”) and encourages me in everything I do. I am a lover of projects, spreadsheets, fitness, healthy cooking and eating, crafts, selling my stuff on FB (HA!), and the outdoors. If I’m active, I’m pretty darn happy!

Love! I steal extra snuggles every chance I get too. My 5 year old still needs me to sing to him at night and I LOVE IT!!! What will I do when he gets “too old” to let mommy kiss him and blow on his tummy?

He will never be too old for mommy kisses 😉

I can feel that “no snuggling, play only!” time fast approaching us. Maybe I should have taken advantage of the snuggles more when they were there 😦

There are still plenty of snuggles ahead… they just don’t last as long each time. HA!

Aw! They are such wiggle monsters lately.
MUST! PLAY!

Love it! 🙂
I take my snuggles anywhere I can get ’em. Thinking about them will be what helps me get through the rough days when I go back to work in December.

Love this! What a great idea to get those cuddles in. They’re hard to get when there’s just so much to see when you’re a toddler!!!
